How Can I Respond To A Yelp Review?
Before you do anything, you need to first of all claim your business’s Yelp page. You can do this by following the instructions at biz.yelp.com. You can access this website via a browser on your Mac, PC, iPhone, or Android device.
- Once on the website, log in by entering your details.
- Next up, go to “Reviews” on your account page.
Locate the review you want to reply to and then select the “Write a Respons” button.
- Now, you can type in a response and it will be displayed below the review.
